Actors-Inc Terms & Conditions

Actors-Inc Ltd is based in the UK and is not affiliated with any other company of a similar name elsewhere. The Actors-Inc website is offered to you conditional on your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions contained herein. The use of the Actors-Inc website constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.

We ask you to read the terms and conditions carefully, remembering that registration is acceptance of the terms and conditions and is a legal and binding contract.

Use Limitation

1. All contents, design and code within the Actors-Inc.co.uk website are the sole copyright of Actors-Inc Ltd.
   
2. Additionally, any photographs are copyright of their respective owners, and are used with their permission. If at any time the copyright holder of any material wishes content to be removed, it will be done as soon as possible.

Use of Services
As a member of Actors-Inc, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. When registering and uploading your information, you agree to provide accurate, current and true information asked about yourself, and maintain and update the material and information regularly where applicable.
   
2. Details uploaded online must adhere to all applicable UK laws. Any personal content is the responsibility of the person or company featured or promoted on the web page, and not Actors-Inc Ltd.
   
3. You as the member must understand that any use of copyrighted material without permission of the author or owner is not permitted.
   
4. As part of the membership registration process Actors-Inc will allow you to choose a password. You are responsible for all activity on your account. It is therefore important that you do not reveal your password to others.
   
5. Actors-Inc Ltd reserves the right to remove any content that in Actors-Inc’s judgement does not meet it’s standards, or if the information given is deemed to be either deliberately misleading, unlawful, or offensive in any way.
   
6. Actors-Inc Ltd also reserves the right to refuse or terminate any and all current or future use of the service should any information given be deemed inaccurate or untrue.

Data Protection
Actors-Inc Ltd respects the privacy of all personal data provided. We use our best endeavours to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 at all times. Actors-Inc Ltd will use the information you provide only for the purposes of registration, casting breakdowns, weekly newsletters or providing information about it’s services from time to time.

CD ROMs
CD-ROMs are produced through Actors-Inc Ltd. They are produced on the strict understanding that content provided is accurate and true, and that images and sound have had all the necessary copyright clearances obtained prior to design and production.

All CD-ROMs are tested prior to delivery to the user; however the user shall not hold Actors-Inc Ltd responsible for any non-performance of any CD-Rom.

Actors-Inc will take every reasonable precaution to ensure that no harmful software or virus shall infect or be present in any CD-ROM. The user hereby accepts that any CD-ROM supplied by Actors-Inc shall be used and distributed at the sole risk and discretion of the user.

Links to Third-Party Websites
The Actors-Inc site/services contain images of and links to third-party websites (‘linked sites’). The linked sites are not under the control of Actors-Inc, and Actors-Inc Ltd is not responsible for the content of any linked site.

Actors-Inc is providing these links only to you as a convenience and you are responsible for viewing and abiding by the privacy statements and terms of use posted at the linked sites.

Cancellation of Service
If you wish to terminate your membership, you may do so at any time, with your membership terminated at the end of that calendar month, and no additional fees or penalties. Please contact us at register@Actors-Inc.co.uk to inform us.

Proprietary Rights
You must acknowledge and agree that the service and any necessary software developed in connection with the service contain proprietary and confidential information. You may not modify copy, distribute, display, reproduce, rent, lease, loan, sell, or create derivative works obtained from the Actors-Inc site/services without advance express written permission of Actors-Inc.

Violations
Please report to the administrator at Actors-Inc should you detect any violations of the aforementioned agreements.

Indemnity
You will agree to indemnify Actors-Inc from any claim or demand, including solicitor’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your content, use of service, distribution of CD-ROMs, or your violation of any rights of another.

Modification of Terms and Conditions
Actors-Inc Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and any additional terms. Your continued use of Actors-Inc constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.
